He is currently serving as the Director of Naushawng Development Institute (NDI). He served as Principal of Naushawng Community School (NCS) from 2018 to Sep 2019. He earned M.A in Educational Studies (Curriculum) from University of Queensland, Australia and B.A in Business Studies (Liberal Art Program) from Myanmar Institutes of Theology, Myanmar.

He currently serves as the Office Manager of Naushawng Development Institute (NDI) since 2015. He earned Bachelor of Science in Management and Ethics from Crossroads Bible College, Indianapolis, Indiana State, U.S.A in 2014 and B.A in Business Administration from Vincennes University, Indiana State, U.S.A.
Principal of NCS
She is the principal of Naushawng Community School (NCS). She has worked as Academic Dean at Naushawng Community School from 2017-2019. Before, she has worked as an educator in private sectors. She earned M.A in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language to Speakers of Other Languages) from Payap University in Thailand in 2016 and Bachelor of Computer Science (B.C.Sc) from Computer University, Mandalay in 2004.
Finance Manager
She currently serves as the Finance Manager of Naushawng Development Institute (NDI) since 2018. She earned B.Econ (Economic) from Institute of Economic, Yangon, Myanmar in 2001 and Diploma in Computerized Accounting (LCCI Level 3 & MYOB Accounting Software) in 2010.
Head of RDD
He is currently working as the Head of Research and Development Department (RDD) of Naushawng Development Institute. He is a graduate of Crawford School of Public Policy, The Australian National University where he received a Master of Public Policy in Economic Policy. His research interests are issues of public policy, public opinion, community development, social cohesion and peace. Before working at Naushawng Development Institute, he had been working for community development programs in Kachin. Also, he worked as a consultant in Micro Credit Union projects, and social accountability. His teaching involves social research methods and Project Cycle Management at Naushawng Community School and community development course at Htingnai Bible School in Mogaung.
Head of CED
She serves as the Head of the Civic Engagement Department at Naushawng Development Institute after more than ten years’ experience in the civic engagement and humanitarian sectors. Her passion is to build peaceful and harmonious communities by bridging government accountability, civil society and civilian engagement through education, research and advocacy. She has a Bachelor of Psychology from Myitkyina University and Certificate in International Politics from Oslo University, and study Applied Conflict and Transformation Studies at the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies, Cambodia. In 2015 she was recognized for her leadership skills and selected as a professional fellow for the American Council Young Political Leaders programme to learn how to improve women’s participation in political and peace processes. She also studied and worked on voter education during a fellowship in Washington DC, United State at the Lawyer Committee for Civil Rights under law Organization.'
